Recent scientific studies reveal that depression AND the chronic stress of modern life are causing measurable brain shrinkage. And this is leading us to lower IQ’s, brain fog and “senior moments” (like misplacing your keys or forgetting why you walked into a room). And it gets worse...
A recently discovered miracle protein can protect your brain from mental decline, and keep the mental sharpness and focus of a much younger self.

#RawChefYin visits Ring Zhi Vegetarian Restaurant in Kepong!
We were in Selayang so I thought I’d pop by Kepong to check eat here. I ate here a looooong time ago, I think it was when Gilbert was vegetarian for a bit.
This time we thought we’d make use of the KindMeal.my coupon that gave us 20% off all meals and drinks. The coupon just doesn’t apply for the products.
We had the:
1️⃣Fried Bearhead Mushroom with Ginger (small) RM15
2️⃣Fried Rice in Vietnam Style (small) RM8 – remember to request for no eggs
3️⃣Curry Vegetables (small) RM15 – remember to request for no milk
I almost forgot to tell them no eggs and no milk so I had to run after them and let them know
Food was pretty tasty and staff were courteous and smiling. Parking was pretty easy as today’s a public holiday. We were there during off peak, just before lunch time so it was easy to find seating. When we left, the place started getting crowded. But the dishes arrived really fast!
This is a vegetarian restaurant, some dishes are marked clearly that there are eggs but some are not so remember to ask if you’re vegan.
Head over to http://www.kindmeal.my/RingZhi to claim your meal deal. @kindmeal.my
