Walking vs Running: Weight Loss, Fat Loss, Life Span AND MORE

Walking vs running has always been a topic of debate when it comes to fat loss, weight loss, mental health, joint health, and overall physical health. While there is no clear winner between the two, both have their own benefits.

Walking is considered to be an easy and low-impact exercise that can be done anywhere at any time. On the other hand, running is a high-impact exercise that requires more energy and effort, but also burns more calories. Both walking and running have been proven to improve mental health and reduce stress levels.

It’s important to note that the number of calories burned during either activity depends on various factors such as intensity and duration. Whether you prefer walking or running, incorporating either into your exercise routine can greatly benefit your physical and mental health.
